When placing an order from outside the US, such as the UK, the 'duties' charge at checkout is the fee for importing items into your country. You will not face any additional charges upon the delivery of your order.

My package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.

I noticed my item is under warranty. How do I utilize this?

If you purchased an item that is under warranty we can repair or fix the item within 1 year of the purchase date. If you'd like to use the warranty, please send us an image/video of the product showing that it needs repair/replacement to zilla@zillab
