Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee for domestic orders, 15% for international orders.
Return by mail
Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Note: There is a $7.00 return shipping charge per order unless it's due to a manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage, or our error.
No restocking fee for returns due to defects or our mistakes.
Returns after 15 days may be refused.

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened items. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
