Our return policy allows customers to return items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. For most returns, a restocking fee will apply—10% for domestic orders and 15% for international orders. Additionally, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if your return is due to a manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, both the restocking fee and the $7 return shipping fee will be waived.

To start your return, please provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return. If you’d prefer, you can also request an exchange for another item.
